This article, like all our articles, is written with the hopes that it is motivating, informative and perhaps, inspiring.  The root of the word “inspire” means “to be of spirit”, which denotes a resourcefulness emanating from and to the very highest levels of our being, the best of who we are as humans.  Our greatest efforts, creativity and accomplishments all spring from our living and expressing our highest ideals.

Coaching has as a foundational principle that all of us are created with a brilliance and potential that can propel us to magnificent achievements.  Throughout every age to present day, people of exceptional accomplishment have realized the extraordinary talent in themselves, as well as in others.  Coaches see the untapped capacity in their clients, and simply support their discovering for themselves.

That is exactly what “Self-awareness” is.  The more deeply we know ourselves, the more we can realize our magnificence, not in an arrogant way, but as a realization of our simply being created with that potential.  If we fear that inner voyage of discovery, it is only because that fear was implanted in us by others.  When we are fully self-aware, we are fully free of fear and self-imposed limitations.

Throughout my many years of coaching, both as a financial coach and as a life coach,  I have witnessed countless discoveries  where clients suddenly, often for the first time, comprehend their own excellence.  I’ve almost been knocked over by the energy that is released when someone suddenly shifts from a self-view of ordinary and disempowered to a fully empowered elevated state.  Their entire view of life is totally altered.

This is why I state, HOW GREAT IT IS TO BE INSPIRED AND INSPIRING.   Once our self-awareness opens to our full potential, a profound internal shift takes place.  We now see ourselves and others as talented, accomplished, full of potential.  We are filled with optimism and not only are we routinely inspired, our countenance is inspiring to others as well.

Whenever you come across someone who exudes vibrant energy and health, success and affluence, who enjoys great relationships and lives a seemingly charmed life, you are encountering someone who has developed high self-awareness.

We need so many more self-aware people to help others pull themselves out of a false state of fear, anxiety and stress.  Wayne Dyer was fond of saying, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”  Developing high self-awareness allows us to see the world in a great new light.  We offer a great online course to get you started.  We call it “Four Steps to a Happier, Healthier You”.  It is all about building strong self-awareness for permanent, positive behavior change.  In six short weeks you can see an entirely different you.  The attached fly gives further details.  Call us if you have additional question.

Thank you!
