As explained in our previous articles, COVID-19 is something to take seriously. Even when new cases level off and decline, there is evidence that a second wave could hit. We can’t exercise social distance and self-isolation for very long without experiencing dangerous society wide consequences.

In my previous two articles I explained several steps you can take to improve your immune function and resistance to disease. Here is another article with more information that may help you stay healthy.

This piggybacks off our first two articles titled REAL HELP FOR EVERYONE. You can find both articles in the archive section of Spirit of Eagles website.

Brain research recently published articles about a set of newly discovered neurons. We’ve known for close to 30 years that there are neurons (brain cells) in both our brain and in our heart. This has led many researchers to conclude our heart not on pumps blood through our circulatory system, but also is a critical element in our overall intelligence and is the very center of our immune system.

Now we learn there are neurons that serve to augment the functions of both the heart and brain. That makes a lot of sense. This connection between the heart and the brain strengthens the synergy between the two organs that greatly enhances the function of both. The intelligence of the brain strengthens the heart as a healing part of our immune system, and the heart increases all the functions of the brain to keep us functioning at our highest levels of intelligence.

You play a big part in how well this all works. How well you consistently do the following three tasks determines to a large degree how much this newly discovered “human performance booster” operates.

  1. Positive intent. If you are able to improve your feelings of gratitude, thankfulness and appreciation frequently throughout the day. (laughter, friendliness, helpfulness, optimism, etc.) this will be a big help. Keep smiling throughout the day.
  2. An excellent diet. Not only eating a large selection of healthy foods, while minimizing the junk we put in our bodies makes a huge difference. High quality nutritional supplements figure into this mix as well.
  3. Soothing, beautiful music is the critical third element. No heavy metal or acid rock or hip-hop type of music. The music of Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi (beautiful, soothing, inspiring) I know I’m leaving some folks behind with this one.

If you would like specific support with any of these suggestions, especially with diet and music, I would be happy to make suggestions and offer suggestions.

These three suggestions are right in harmony with the suggestions of the first two letters.

Of you would like some individual coaching on how to put these suggestions into practice for your own daily routine, I would be happy to meet (virtually for now) and get you started. Not only do these practices improve your health, your happiness, your relationships, your work success will receive a boost as well.
