In short, exceptional people know human nature, and respond to the needs and wants of human nature in the most minute detail. They have high emotional self-awareness.
These traits and characteristics are the source of all success…better decision-making, growing influence, meaningful relationships, effective communications, increased personal effectiveness, top level performance, more secure personal boundaries.
Virtually every one of us have many talents and admirable traits within us! Maybe we just haven’t discovered them, or haven’t had anyone guide us to uncover them yet.
