While we talk about high self-awareness constantly, this subject doesn’t generally elicit great enthusiasm. Ask yourself the question, “Have I ever thought about how great it would be to be highly self-aware?”
Yet, people desperately want to feel they have control in their lives, which includes having affluence, enjoying good relationships, being admired and respected, considered as successful in their careers and personal lives, feeling emotionally and physically healthy, having plenty of freedom and financial security.
And do we need to point out that almost nobody wants financial struggles, constant anxiety or frustration, being disregarded or disrespected, having feelings of inadequacy, or living with constant confusion or uncertainty?
Well, how do people get those things they want and avoid the things they don’t want? Mountains of research confirm high self-awareness creates the mindset and behaviors that bring about this desired freedom, well-being and success.
Our coaching not only focuses on supporting our clients in creating or strengthening the specific skills essential for the development of strong self-awareness, but also on eliminating behaviors and habits that slow or even completely block them from achieving their goals and dreams.
Fortunately, some years ago I uncovered two extraordinary tools for eliminating the deep emotional traumas that hinder the happiness and success with which so many struggle. These aren’t exactly secrets, but they are little known and so rarely engaged that they might well be considered “hidden buried treasure”.
I have spent the last 12 years studying and perfecting the effective application of these tools for my clients’ benefit. Anyone who acquires these tools and integrates them into their behaviors will reach a level of achievement previously unimagined.
There is nothing you can do to better your life or the lives of others than to take intentional steps to grow your self-awareness. It will impact you in every phase single of your life.
